The first and main meaning of the word "HYIP" comes from the exchange business. This is not what has been discussed on the Internet and especially on YouTube at all. If you are a connoisseur of English, you can certainly catch the meaning of the abbreviation HIPE (High Yield Income Programs), as “high-yield investment programs”. Such programs appeared back in 1920 with speculations on postal coupons and now all this has grown into virtual space and has acquired a slightly different color.
Speaking in a narrow-minded language, HYIP is a pyramid. People who in the 90s faced the pyramid of Mavrodi will be wary and that will be right. The essence of the HYIP is: a certain investment project is being created and more new investors are attracted. The more people, the greater the income for the investor, because his/her profit depends on the deposits of the newcomers. So you get dividends. Most often, the profit of investors ranges from 8 to 15% per month. But this rule is valid only if we are talking about HYIP called low-income. If the owners of HYIP organize a competent advertising and create a highly profitable or medium-income HYIP project, such project will probably bring you from 16% to 60% per month. But it is worth noting that the life of these projects is very short - from a couple of months to several weeks.
Also it is worth noting that the income of investors directly depends on the nobility of the administrator, in other words, on the person who has organized the HYIP project you are investing in, because in a situation close to the ideal he/she must pay the profit to investors exactly until the last of investors will not have money from the project. But there also may be a situation the administrator will be unfaithful and take all the cash. In this case, investors can remain with some profit, however, less than expected.
It may seem to you it is very easy to make money on HYIPs and only free money is needed (by the way, it is very important to invest available funds because having gotten into the situation with an unreliable project administrator you can partially protect yourself). Nevertheless, only if you have the foresight and can analyze the situation, suggest how this HYIP project can develop in the future and whether it is worth investing in it, it is easy to make money on HYIPs .
In addition, there are waves of recession and growth in the space of HYIP projects. So, they are not particularly different from those moments when all people need more money: in December for gifts and summer vacations - these months are the most risky in terms of stealing funds by the project administrator.
Earning money on HYIPs is possible if, at first, you choose the right time: when the project starts to develop and investors join its flow; At the second, try to immediately select the most flexible investment plan - you will protect yourself and, possibly, get a more decent profit. At the third, most often in one HYIP project it is rather investing only once in order to get out of it with a profit. At the fourth, do not delay the withdrawal of profits - if it is withdrawn once
a week according to the rules, you withdraw it once a week, once every six months - so once every six months. So again, you protect yourself and your funds. In addition, pay attention to the design of the HYIP project, its interface and possible documents or contacts offered by the organizers - this can always be checked. If all of the above is completely absent (which is not uncommon at all), it is worth considering.
Now the HYIP system is being actively improved by redirecting a part of the assets into flows that can actually bring and, most often, really bring profit: real estate, precious metals and even bitcoins. All this provides some stability for investors and also brings more substantial dividends.
